SPS Commerce is the pioneer of cloud-based EDI services and solutions for retailers, brands, and vendors who need to accelerate and integrate their commerce system. They host customers and industry VIPs at an annual In:Fluence event. For that, they needed to introduce the brand story in a manner that celebrates the trust and success developed through strong customer relationships.
Through a quick fact-finding mission, we identified and captured a handful of powerful customer success stories that informed us on how SPS creates such meaningful relationships. They, unlike their competition, spend significant time going deep (beyond) into their customers business to truly understanding and recommend the right solution.
This content unpacks SPS' ability to make the right solution recommendation based on a deep understanding of a customer's business and naturally build trust. We also integrated their conference theme, Go Beyond, into the content for show synergy. The video was also leveraged in sales presentations, the Web and for recruiting efforts. A second video was created for additional presentations to give customers a deeper understanding of the SPS product suite.
