IT Help Desk Technician

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to support our Minneapolis office.

Position Summary

Job Requirements
  • Support approximately 70 Mac systems in-house
  • Manage local Help Desk tickets as the first line of support
  • Assist with additional tickets from Europe during US business hours
  • Ensure exceptional service – our Help Desk staff is universally liked thanks to their compassion and competence. This position will carry on that tradition.
  • Create policies and procedures for the Help Desk
  • Ensure security of data and network access
  • Communicate with vendors as needed
  • Assess system performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage Inventory and assist in purchasing equipment for users
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of users
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2-3 years of IT experience
  • Experience with Jamf
  • Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
  • Team player
